چکیده

Shodoshima, which is located in the islands of Kagawa Prefecture, has rapidly developed its soy sauce brewing industry since end Meiji era. Currently, companies are roughly divided into four patterns according to process. It also become clear that placement characteristics variously depending on presence or absence major rooms.
